With extensive experience leading Thimphu TechPark and SELISE Digital Platforms, he brings strategic expertise and a passion for leveraging technology to drive success. Bhakta Bahadur Bomjan is a seasoned technology leader with over 20 years of experience in IT infrastructure, data center operations, and strategic business development. As CEO of New Edge Technologies and Board Director at Innovest, he drives innovation and growth. With expertise in network security, server virtualization, and strategic planning, Bhakta plays a key role in guiding Innovest’s technology vision and operational excellence.
Will and Kwai Lin Stephens

Will and Kwai Lin Stephens are from the USA and have worked as educators, humanitarian advocates and specialists, and business consultants for over three decades. While most of their work has been in Mongolia, they traveled, taught and consulted extensively in India, Nepal, Singapore, Thailand, and other parts of Asia and the United States.
Kwai Lin is a native of Malaysia and has a Ph.D. in Education (Illinois, USA). Her passion is developing better organizational leadership, coaching, and mentoring young entrepreneurs. She worked as Executive Director of JCS International (Mongolia), and her work included vision casting, developing multi-national teams, advising project leaders and fund raising. She helped create job opportunities for Mongolians and advised a Mongolian run micro-enterprise loan organization. Through these ventures, vulnerable communities were lifted up.
Will has a doctorate in Intercultural Studies (California, USA). He was an English Teacher trainer for the Ministry of Education in Mongolia, and taught Mongolian History. He led multicultural teams for development work in rural communities, particularly among nomads. Later, he became CEO of Retro Travel, Mongolia, guiding the company to branch out into other tourism opportunities. He was glad to see more Mongolians gaining employment, and foreign travelers enjoying customized tours.
Both Will and Kwai Lin are certified coaches and trainers for team development, organizational leadership and sustainability, personality assessment, intercultural intelligence, and conflict management.
